LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST
My approach to therapy is collaborative and grounded in creating a safe, supportive space to explore your personal history and patterns. I take a relational approach that is empathic but direct, helping you gain insight and deepen your capacity to manage emotional and interpersonal challenges. I actively incorporate your individual and family values into our work, ensuring that our process aligns with what matters most to you. My practice is also rooted in a commitment to social justice and cultural humility.
I primarily utilize relational and psychodynamic theories to inform my therapeutic approach. I am also trained in evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
